    Welcoming New Patients

    At PHW Specialty Clinic, we're committed to making your journey to well-being as convenient as possible. Initial clinic visits are available only in-person at our Tysons clinic and follow-up appointments are available both in-person or online Telehealth clinic visits.


    How It Works

     Step 1: Self-Register.

    New patients: to be able to schedule your initial clinic visit, you must first complete and electronically submit your new patient forms online. Please allow up to 20-30 minutes to complete your in-depth new patient forms.

    We'll process your new patient forms within 3 business days of receving it, then we will contact you to schedule your initial clinic visit.

     Step 2: Schedule Initial Clinic Visit.  

    Pay your one-time, non-refundable $150 reservation payment deposit to secure your initial clinic appointment. Your deposit is applied towards your initial clinic visit fees upon payment.

    Provide your preferred billing credit/debit card information for reconciling clinic fees or outstanding patient account balances.

    Activate your patient portal account to submit to us your medical information for us to review a minimum of 5 business days before your initial scheduled appointment.

      Step 3: Start Your Clinic Visits.    

    Present your current government-issued photo ID and health insurance card.

    Pay for your clinic visit fees, including any outstanding patient account balances.

    Schedule your follow-up appointments.

    -Optional- Request your appointment insurance coded claim forms to submit to your health plan for reimbursement.


    How Much Are PHW Visits?

    At PHW Specialty Clinic, we believe in reasonable clinic fees without any hidden or surprise charges. We operate as a 100% insurance-free specialty clinic. No deductibles. No co-pays. No prior authorizations. No provider referrals. No surprise bills. Our patient accessible direct specialty care (DSC) is solely between provider and patient with no involvement from third party health plans. We offer reasonable and transparent clinic fees, as well as appointment insurance coded documents for you to submit to your health plan for your out of network benefit reimbursements. Better health care made simple. Our clear-cut clinic fee structure provides you clarity right from the start, and is based on the following case-by-case factors:

     Patient Complexity: Reflecting the depth of your health issues and discussions during each visit.

     Provider Face Time: Based on the time spent with your provider during appointments.

     Medical Review Time: Reflecting the time devoted to reviewing your health records and information.

     Services Rendered: Covering analysis, diagnosis, treatment, and consultation services.

     Ancillary Services: Any additional services are the financial responsibility of the patient/guarantor.


    2024 Clinic Fees (subject to change)

    Initial Clinic Visit: $450-$550

     Signature VIP experience.

     Up to 90 minutes of face-to-face time with no wait time.

     In-depth consultation, analysis, and diagnostic testing.

    Follow-up Clinic Visit: $250-$350

     Signature VIP experience with no wait time.

     Up to 45 minutes of face-to-face time with no wait time.

     Detailed interpretation of test results and treatment reassessment.

    Optional Patient Services (additional fees apply):

     Prescription refills

     Medical records review

     Patient forms, copies, disability determinations, etc.

     Dietary counseling, advocacy letters, extended phone inquiries.

    Patient Discounts:

     15% off Fullscript medical-grade supplements for all patients.

     10% off clinic visit fees for seniors, couples, family members, and military service members.



    PHW Specialty Clinic only accepts major credit/debit cards, including FSA/HSA debit cards, as forms of payment. Please contact us for more information.
