We don't participate in health insurance plans, but our pay-as-you-go model ensures you only pay for the exceptional specialty care you receive, with no hidden or surprise costs. For patients with health plans — we provide insurance-friendly documentation for easy out-of-network benefits reimbursement submissions.


    How It Works

    At PHW Specialty Clinic, we're committed to making your journey to well-being as seamless as possible. New patient initial clinic appointments are available in-person at our Tysons clinic. Follow-up appointments are available as in-person or online Telehealth clinic visits.


    New Patients Start Here 


     Step 1: Self-Register.

    Complete and submit your electronic new patient forms online.

    We'll process your received new patient forms within 3 business days and then reach out to schedule your initial clinic visit.


     Step 2: Schedule Initial Visit.

    Make your one-time, non-refundable $150 reservation payment deposit to secure your initial clinic appointment

    Provide us your preferred billing credit/debit card information for settling clinic fees and outstanding patient balances.


      Step 3: Start Your Visits.    

    Before Your Visit: Activate then access your patient portal account to submit your medical information to us a minimum of 5 business days before your initial appointment.

    During Your Visit: Present your current government-issued photo ID and health insurance card. Pay for your clinic visit fees, including any outstanding patient account balances, and schedule your follow-up appointments. Optionally, request your appointment insurance coded claim forms for reimbursement submission to your health plan.



    PHW Specialty Clinic only accepts major credit/debit cards, including FSA/HSA debit cards, as forms of payment.


    Fee Structure

    At PHW Specialty Clinic, we believe in transparency and honesty when it comes to health care costs. Our concierge-quality DSC is delivered without any hidden fees. Our fee structure is designed to provide clarity right from the start, considering factors such as:


     Patient Complexity: Reflecting the depth of your health issues and discussions during each visit.

     Provider Face Time: Based on the time spent with your provider during appointments.

     Medical Review Time: Reflecting the time devoted to reviewing your health records and information.

     Services Rendered: Covering analysis, diagnosis, treatment, and consultation services.

     Ancillary Services: Any additional services are the financial responsibility of the patient/guarantor.


    2024 Clinic Fees (subject to change)


    Initial Clinic Visit Fee: $450-$550

     Signature VIP experience with no wait time.

     Up to 90 minutes of face-to-face time.

     In-depth consultation, analysis, and diagnostic testing.


    Follow-up Clinic Visit Fee: $250-$350

     Signature VIP experience with no wait time.

     Up to 45 minutes of face-to-face time.

     Detailed interpretation of test results and treatment reassessment.

     Prescription refills

     Medical records review

     Patient forms, copies, disability determinations, etc.

     Dietary counseling, advocacy letters, extended phone inquiries.


    Patient Discounts:

     15% off Fullscript medical-grade supplements for all patients.

     10% off clinic visit fees for seniors, couples, family members, and military service members.
