    What's Included?

     

    New Patients:

     

    Initial Clinic Visit: One (1) comprehensive consultation including health analysis, clinical assessment, health timeline establishment, and initial testing (up to 120 minutes, in-person only).

     

    New Patients + Current Patients:

     

     

    Follow-Up Clinic Visits: Seven (7) detailed consultations for test result interpretation and personalized treatment planning (up to 60 minutes, in-person or via Telehealth).

    Continuous Patient Care: Ongoing comprehensive analysis, diagnostic testing, treatment assessments, interventions, and seamless care coordination through scheduled follow-up clinic visits.

    Premier VIP Experience: Priority scheduling, extended clinic visits, secure patient portal access, after-hours clinic availability, prescription refills, specialist referrals, thorough review of new patient information, and discounted Fullscript supplements.

     Initial Annual Term: Twelve (12) months with renewal option and flexible payment options.

     

    What's Not Included?

     

     Ancillary Services: Third-party services including labs, imaging, etc. are solely the patient's financial responsibility and may be covered by health insurance.

     Optional Services: Additional fees apply for optional patient services such as medical records review, health records copies, disability determinations, advocacy letters, etc.

    ❂ Health Insurance: Annual VIP Treatment Packages, Ancillary Services, and Optional Patient Services are not covered by health insurance. Our clinic does not provide insurance-coded claim forms or superbill payment receipts.

    ❂ FSA/HSA Accounts: Annual VIP Treatment Packages, Ancillary Services, or Optional Patient Services may qualify for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) funded payments. Consult with your health plan administrator for guidance.

    ❂ Tax Deductions: Payments for Annual VIP Treatment Packages, Ancillary Services, or Optional Patient Services may qualify for tax deductions as medical expenses. Consult with your tax professional for guidance.

    Step 1: Patient On-Boarding

     

    Fees: Visit our clinic booking page for transparent fee information.

    Forms of Payment: We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure clinic booking page for your convenience.

     Enrollment: Start by signing up for your VIP Treatment Package to begin your health journey with us.

    Patient Forms: Upon enrollment, you will receive patient intake forms. Please complete these within 7 days to ensure timely processing. After submission, you’ll receive a registration link to activate your patient portal.

    Patient Portal: Activate your patient portal to manage appointments seamlessly. You can schedule initial or follow-up clinic visits, securely communicate with us 24/7, and upload current health information for review before your scheduled visits.

     

    Step 2: Attend Clinic Visits

     

     Appointment Check-In: Bring a current government-issued photo ID for verification upon arrival.

     Appointment Check-Out: After your visit, schedule your next appointment in-person or via Telehealth through your patient portal for added convenience.
