PHW Specialty Clinic operates as a direct specialty care (DSC) clinic without the hassle of health insurance. We do not participate with health insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Our transparent pay-as-you-go model ensures that you only pay for the exceptional integrative specialty care you receive during each appointment with no hidden or surprise costs. It's worth noting that many health plans offer out-of-network benefits that can reimburse you for your PHW Specialty Clinic visit fees. If you request it, we're more than happy to provide you with insurance-friendly coded claims and payment details that you can submit to your health plan for reimbursement.     PHW Clinic Fees

    At PHW Specialty Clinic, we prioritize transparency and honesty in our approach to healthcare costs. We strive to provide exceptional concierge-quality direct specialty care (DSC) without hidden costs or surprises. Our fee structure is designed to ensure that you understand the costs associated with your care upfront. We determine our clinic fees based on various factors, including:

    1. Patient Complexity. The complexity of your health issues and medical conditions presented during each appointment.Provider Face Time: The amount of dedicated face time your provider spends with you during each appointment.
    2. Medical Review Time. The time your provider spends reviewing and assessing your health records, information, test results, etc., for each appointment.
    3. Services Rendered. The clinical analysis, diagnosis, treatment, and consultation services provided during each appointment.
    4. Ancillary Services. Any additional services such as third-party patient labs, prescriptions, imaging, etc., are the financial responsibility of the patient/guarantor.

    Payment

    PHW Specialty Clinic exclusively accepts credit/debit cards, including FSA/HSA debit cards, as forms of payment.

     

    Patient Discounts

    At PHW Specialty Clinic, we value our patients and strive to make high-quality health care more accessible. We are pleased to offer the following PHW clinic patient discounts:

    • Clinic Fees: Qualified patients are eligible for a 10% off discount on PHW Specialty Clinic visit fees per appointment to include seniors, couples, family members, and military service members. PHW Specialty Clinic patient discounts are our way of showing appreciation for choosing PHW Specialty Clinic for your healthcare needs. Please contact us for more information.

    What To Expect

    Taking charge of your health is a significant step towards achieving optimal well-being. PHW Specialty Clinic simplifies the process of becoming a new patient, enabling you to access our exceptional concierge care services. We are always committed to helping you achieve optimal health and lifelong wellness.

     

    Initial Clinic Visit: $450-$550

    • Signature VIP patient experience. No wait, extensive time in-person clinic visit. Up to 90 minutes of provider face time. Up to 60 additional minutes allocated for patient medical information review.
    • In-depth consultation and treatment. Establishing health timeline with treatment baseline. Analysis of current health data. Initial diagnostic laboratory testing orders, etc.

    Follow-up Clinic Visit: $250-$350

    • Signature VIP patient experience. No wait, extensive time in-person clinic or convenient online Telehealth visits. Up to 45 minutes of provider face time. Up to 30 additional minutes allocated for patient medical information review.
    • In-depth consultation and treatment. Detailed interpretation of laboratory test results. Analysis of new health data. Reassessment of treatment baseline, etc.

    Optional Care Services (additional clinic fee charges):

    • Prescription refills
    • Third-party medical records review
    • Third-party patient forms
    • Medical records copies
    • Disability determinations
    • Dietary counseling
    • Patient advocacy or special request letters
    • Unscheduled extended time (3 min+) patient to provider phone medical inquiries

    How It Works

    PHW Specialty Clinic initial new patient appointments are only available in-person at our Tysons clinic. Follow-up appointments are available both in-person or online Telehealth visits. Simply follow 3 simple steps to become a select PHW Specialty Clinic patient and experience the transformative power of personalized, holistic specialty care for your overall well-being.

     

    Step 1: Register Yourself

    Simply complete both of your PHW Specialty Clinic new patient online forms from wherever you are:

    1. Patient Registration Form (required)
    2. Patient Medical Symptom Questionnaire (required)

    Step 2: Schedule Initial Visit

    Upon receipt of your PHW Specialty Clinic new patient forms, we will reach out to you within 3 business days to schedule your initial PHW clinic visit appointment. At that time, we will require the following:

    1. New Patient Reservation Deposit: Pay the required one-time $150 reservation payment deposit to secure your PHW Specialty Clinic initial appointment. The non-refundable deposit is automatically applied towards your initial PHW clinic visit fees.
    2. New Patient Credit/Debit Card: Provide your preferred billing credit/debit card information to only be used to settle your PHW Specialty Clinic visit fees and any outstanding balances on your PHW Specialty Clinic account.

    Step 3: Start Your Visits

    • Patient Portal: Log in to your PHW Specialty Clinic patient portal to send us your pertinent medical information for review a minimum of 5 business days before your scheduled initial appointment.
    • Check-in: Present your current government-issued photo identification card and active health insurance plan card(s).
    • Check-out: Pay your PHW Specialty Clinic visit fees (and any outstanding PHW Specialty Clinic account balances) and schedule your follow-up appointment.
    • Optional – Request your PHW Specialty Clinic visit insurance coded claim form and payment information for you to submit to your health plan for reimbursement.
