     Assess: Before signing up, learn more about us, our approach, our clinic services, the health conditions we treat, our fees, FAQs, and patient testimionials. Book a discovery call to see if PHW is a good fit.

    Patient Enrollment

     

     Enrollment: Start by signing up for your preferred VIP Treatment Package. Credit or debit cards are acceptable forms of payment on our secure clinic booking page for your convenience.

     

     Self-Schedule: Upon enrollment, you will be prompted to self-schedule your first initial (or follow-up) clinic visit on our clinic booking page calendar (subsequent follow-up visits can be always be self-scheduled later). Initial visits are only available in-person at our Tysons clinic (and follow-up visits are available both in-person or online).

    Patient Onboarding

     

     Complete VIP Patient Forms: Upon enrollment, your electronic patient intake forms will be sent to you to complete and submit within 7 calendar days before expiration.

     

     Activate VIP Patient Portal: Upon enrollment, your VIP patient portal registration link will be sent to you to activate your VIP patient portal. Activate your VIP patient portal to seamlessly manage your appointments, as well as to securely communicate and share your health information with us before your scheduled visits.

    Patient Clinic Visits

     

     Appointment Check-In: Please provide your current government-issued photo ID for verification upon arrival and your health-related information to share with the provider.

     

     Appointment Check-Out: After your visit, conveniently schedule your follow-up appointment (in-person or Telehealth) through your VIP patient portal.

    What is PHW's 12-Month VIP Treatment Package?

     

    PHW's Annual VIP Treatment Package is a year-long select subscription to access top tier personalized specialty care. Benefit from around-the-clock access to top-tier direct specialty care with no-wait appointments and flexible or priority scheduling. Appreciate extended in-person or online clinic visits and VIP patient perks including secure VIP patient portal, one complimentary EKG, free prescription refills, and discounted Fullscript supplements. The VIP Treatment Package includes one (1) comprehensive initial consultation (new patients only), seven (7) in-depth follow-up consultations (new or current patients), continuous direct care with diagnostic testing, personalized treatment, and seamless care coordination. Experience a full year of exceptional personalized concierge care with flexible payment options and easy sign up or renewal process.

    What is the annual fee and payment options?

     

    The annual fee for new patients and current patients include flexible payment options:

     

     Pre-Paid Option (Save up to 20%): One-time, initial annual fee payment.

    • New Patients: $2,500 (Save $500)
    • Current Patients: $2,100 (Save $300)   

     Monthly Option: 12 monthly payments.

    • New Patients: $3,000 @ $800 initial month + $200 per month for 11 remaining months
    • Current Patients: $2,400 @ $200 per month for 12 months

    Are there any additional fees?

     

    Yes, Ancillary Services and Optional Patient Services.

     

     Ancillary Services Third-party services including labs, imaging, etc. are solely the patient's financial responsibility and may be covered by health insurance.

     

     Optional Patient Services 

    Additional fees apply for optional patient services such as medical records review, health records copies, disability determinations, advocacy letters, etc.

    Do you participate with health insurance plans?

     

    No, PHW is a no-insurance Direct Specialty Care (DSC) clinic that does not participate or accept health insurance including Medicare and Medicaid. 

     

     Health Insurance Annual VIP Treatment Packages, Ancillary Services, and Optional Patient Services are not covered by health insurance. Our clinic does not provide insurance-coded claim forms or superbill payment receipts.

    Do I still need health insurance if I sign up?

     

    Yes, as a Direct Specialty Care (DSC) clinic, PHW does not replace your health insurance that is required to cover your Primary Care, prescriptions, hospitalizations, and Ancillary Services including lab tests, imaging, etc.

    Is the annual fee FSA/HSA reimbursible or tax deductible?

     

    FSA/HSA Accounts Annual VIP Treatment Packages, Ancillary Services, or Optional Patient Services may qualify for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) funded payments. Consult with your health plan administrator for guidance. 

     

    Tax Deductions Payments for Annual VIP Treatment Packages, Ancillary Services, or Optional Patient Services may qualify for tax deductions as medical expenses. Consult with your tax professional for guidance.
