It does not include ongoing medical management, concierge membership benefits, longitudinal physician oversight, direct physician access between visits, or additional follow-up visits. Patients seeking an ongoing physician relationship, continuity of care, and year-round support may wish to explore VIP Membership. PHW provides consultation-based primary and specialty care. In-clinic procedures and services—including blood draws, specimen collection, injections, vaccinations, and imaging—are not available. When indicated, these services must be arranged through external providers and may incur additional fees.
