Patients simply pay transparent clinic fees for just the high quality concierge specialty care they receive per appointment. Many health plans out of network benefit reimburse patients for PHW clinic fees. We provide insurance-friendly claim and payment information, per appointment, to submit to your health plan for reimbursement. Flexible Spending Account (FSA)/Health Spending Account (HSA) debit cards are aaceptable forms of payment.
